2 MONTHS!!
Today is 2 months since we closed on our house! I seriously cannot believe that! Where does the time go?! I mean we're almost coming up on 1 year of marriage!!
I wanted to reminisce over the past 2 months and all the small changes this house has gone through already.
This is one of my favorite views in our home. Just sitting from one side of the living room looking into our sun room. It's so peaceful and relaxing.

We have not done much structurally to change the house, but we have added our personal touches & I'm loving every second of it. The main "project" we accomplished was having our 2 chimneys repointed. That felt like a very adult decision to make & now we will be able to enjoy our fireplace this winter without any worries.
I completed my first DIY project (see previous blog post) by chalk painting and reupholstering my dining room chairs.
John Paul has fixed little odds and ends around the house & I could not be any more proud of him!
We are slowly tackling our backyard & landscaping. We are opening the pool this weekend, with the help of my Father in Law! YAY!
I can't wait to share what our deck looks like, as we are getting the rest of our furniture this weekend :)
