Living Room Windows

Happy Hump Day! I wanted to share another corner of our home for My Corner Wednesday since I haven't done one in a while. I have somewhat shared this corner before with our Ice Cream Parlor Chairs & DIY Shutters. However, I haven't shared this table which I recently spruced up with a second coat of Annie Sloan Chalk Paint. It was originally black which just stood out like a sore thumb against all my neutral colors. I had done one coat of the chalk paint a while back, but I didn't love how it looked so I added another coat & now I love it!

I have a serious itch to start decorating for Christmas, but I am holding out for a couple more weeks.....I think! This corner has some of my favorite Fall goodies that I am not ready to say goodbye to just yet.

I just love the amount of natural light that we get through these windows. They peek out onto our front porch. The natural linen drapes that I found a few months back pool so perfectly onto the floor. I may end up raising the curtain rods above the window trim, but that's where the rods were & I am afraid to take them down & ruin all the wood work.

I do plan to move this whole area come Christmas to make room for our Christmas tree. I think it will be so pretty in front of the windows. Stay tuned ;)

I hope you love this area in our living room as much as we do!

Thanks for reading the blog today!
