Aratari At HOME on Etsy
Yes, you read that title right! I started an Etsy Shop last week & I am so excited about it. Check out my shop here. I feel like this is the next step for Aratari At HOME. I love being creative so this is an amazing outlet for me to share some of my fun paintings with everyone. Right now I have 6 listings on Etsy, but this weekend, I plan to add a few more.
I have to be honest with you. Opening this shop was a little nerve wracking. These are my hand made pieces that I worked so hard to create. I knew I loved them & of course my hubby, friends, & family said they all loved them too, but putting yourself out there makes you a little vulnerable. I was so anxious, excited, grateful, nervous, happy, & overwhelmed right before I hit publish on my first listing. You just never know how your own personal work will be accepted in the big, wide world of the internet. I am so pleased to say that I have received SO many amazing compliments & words of encouragement. It truly is special to hear that people love your work.

I am at the very beginning stages of my Etsy Shop & I am sure it will evolve as time goes on. I have thought about opening an Etsy Shop for some time, but never knew exactly what I wanted to create. I decided to do hand painted wood tiles & wood slabs. Who knows what this shop will turn into, but for now I love what I have to offer.

I have these tiles/slabs all over my house. I love lavender & greenery so they are perfect for my decor. I use the wood tiles in vignettes on my end tables/coffee tables. I also hung some from my barn door to create a mini gallery wall. The slabs are being used as 'coasters' for my candles. I also have some styled on the built ins in our sun room. I just love how versatile they are.

I had my first Etsy sale last week which was super exciting. I know that is a very small feat, but to this Etsy newbie, it was such a rush & a feeling of gratitude. I felt so proud that someone wanted to purchase one of my hand made items to display in their home.
I seriously cannot wait to see this Etsy Shop grow & change. It's kind of like my blog when I started it about a year ago. I had no idea what my blog would turn into & now I absolutely love it. I feel this is exactly how my shop will be. I kind of just jumped in & I am learning as I go. This will be the case for my Etsy Shop as well.
I truly appreciate all the support you have given me on my many adventures here at Aratari At HOME. This all started out as a hobby of decorating & now it has transformed into a blog, interior decorating business, & now Etsy Shop! I love all the different 'branches' I have started. I love each part of this brand that I have created & am so eager to see how each will transform this year. I have one more thing up my sleeve that I hope will be coming to fruition in the near future. More on that soon!
I would love for you to check out my Etsy Shop. Click the link here to be directed to my shop. I also added a fun new tab on my website that will bring you directly to my Etsy Shop. Check that out here. I was pretty proud of myself for creating that ;)
Thank you for stopping by the blog tonight!
