Year 1
It has officially been 1 year since we closed on our home! What an incredible year it has been. We have learned so much about home ownership in this first year. We have grown a lot & accomplished many projects already.
Our house does not look like it did when we first moved in. I wanted to share the 4 main areas that have seen the largest transformations so far. The Sun Room, Living Room, Dining Room, & Entry Way. You don't realize how far you have come until you start looking at before photos.

This was so fun to look back at some of the things that have been updated this year. The house had lots of warm tones which blended so much with the hardwood floors. We brightened it up with lots of cool grays/whites which made the warm wood floors pop! I am excited to see what Year 2 will bring! I am hoping to finish up the last bit of the entry way, possibly start doing some things to the kitchen, & maybe paint some of the bedrooms? Who knows? All I know is I love our house more & more every day because we have made it our own & created ever lasting memories here.
